Supporting and celebrating
employee ownership
in the veterinary industry

It can be hard for veterinary practices to remain independent as ownership inevitably needs to pass through the generations.

There are many reasons for this, and not many answers. But we have one.

Increasing numbers of veterinary practices are turning to the employee ownership model – and we’re here to support them in their journey.

Founded by vets with experience gained during and after transitioning their practice into employee ownership, we’re here to help with whatever you need, whether that’s a chat about your circumstances or practical help on the work required to make the transition for your practice.
